William passed away unexpectedly of cardiac arrest at Grand Strand Memorial Hospital. He is survived by his father Jr. Dix, stepmother Jennifer Dix, mother Marilyn Vereen, his five loving children Isaac Dix, William Dix IV, LaTasha Dix, Lacey Dix, and Dillon Dix; his adoring grandchildren Zayla Dix, Branson Dix, Samantha Dix, Kaylie Dix, Alisa Dix, Alexis Neal, Cheyanne Dix, Dillon Dix II, Mikey Faile, Addison Dix, Lylah Faile. His siblings Jeff Dix, Tracey Anderson, Renee Dallas, Greg Dix, and Amanda Mills. His beloved fiancé Pamela Grainger, step-daughter Brandy Williamson and grandchildren Haley and Dakota. As well as, his two fur babies Ganja and Cami.

Big Will was a proud father of six, and an even prouder grandfather, a loving fiancé but he was also so much more. He was a true Horry County native, hot-headed, trouble, proud, opinionated, stubborn as a mule, and a smart alec redneck. He was also a sweet/random text you "Good morning or I love you" out the blue kinda man, loyal, confident, a great singer, funny, a man of his word, unapologetically one-of-a-kind, and most importantly a man of God. His love and relationship with God had grown so much over his lifetime. We will miss our Superman until we meet again.

Calling hours will be Monday, August 10, 2020 from 6 - 7 PM   "Face covering is required"

A collection and flowers will be set up to be received at the service for anyone who wishes to donate in William's memory.
