Janice (Jan) Tucker Ridgeway

Janice (Jan) Tucker Ridgeway, 59 passed away peacefully in her home with family by her side.

Jan was born in Charlotte, NC November 22, 1960, to the late Nancy and A. W. Tucker.

She is survived by her husband, John Ridgeway of Conway; her only brother, Mike Tucker and wife Beth of Socastee; daughter Stephanie Martin and husband Gary of Loris; son John Cantrell and wife Roxanne of West Virginia and a stepdaughter, Ashley Crocker and husband Joel of Conway; and a stepson, John Ridgeway II and wife Ashley of Conway.  In addition to her children, she has seven grandchildren whom she loved dearly.

She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.  The family would like to extend a special “Thank You” to her niece, Sherri Lee Perry.

In addition to her parents, Jan was predeceased by an older sister, Linda Koplic and a younger sister, Sherry Stoneking.

Jan was well known in the area and never met a stranger.  She loved her family and her friends.  Jan was always the life of any party.  She will be dearly missed.

In memory of her spirit, the family will hold a Celebration of Life for those that knew and loved her.  The service will be held at her home Saturday, August 1, 2020 from 4-7 PM
