Phillip Lewis Obituary
On Febuarary 6, 1946, in Houston Texas a baby boy was born to Jacob and Princella Lewis, whom they named "Phillip Joe". He was one of six children born unto them. He grew up and attended school in Houston Texas, joined the United States Air Force and served 25 years and retired a Master Sergent. MSGT Phillip enjoyed playing golf, and watching football, and spending time watching his grand daughters Phoenix Jin Lewis and Cheyenne Mia Lewis, as well as listening to music and being around his family.
MSGT Phillip J. Lewis departed this life on July 31, 2019 at 8:25 AM at MUSC in Charleston, South Carolina.
MSGT Phillip J. Lewis was a loving father who left to mourn him is 4 boys and 2 girls whose names are Gwendolyn Renee Hogan, Phillip Joe Lewis II, Phalen Jovaughn Lewis, Phyllis Johvanna Lewis, Prince Jai Lewis and Prentiss Johan Lewis
He also leaves behind to mourn 6 grand-daughters 2 grand -sons and 6 great-grand children ,11 nieces and nephews and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
A Celebration of Life Service, with military honors, will be held 3:00 PM Friday, August 16, 2019 at Lewis Crematory and Funeral Home Chapel, located at 4947 Highway 17 South Bypass MB, SC 29577. The Rev. Kirk Lawton will officiate.
Mr. Lewis is entrusted to the care of Lewis Crematory and Funeral Services, Myrtle Beach, SC.
