Mrs. Adelaide Delores Baylor Ad Baylor, Age 82, of Myrtle Beach, passed peacefully at home with her family by her side, Saturday, December 14, 2019, after a short, but strong and willful battle against stage four adenocarcinoma.
Adelaide was born May 21st 1937 in Downingtown PA, to Mary Cathrine and Rosner Poluch. She will be sorely missed and survived by her husband William F. Baylor Jr., two sons Michael and Frank Baylor, her grandchildren Ben, Andy, and Alexis Baylor.
Adelaide was the glue that held our family together, she was the strongest, most kind, and gentile woman. She never held a grudge, or held on to anger. All she ever had in her heart was kindness and love, love for her family and the people she held dear. She would’ve given the shirt off her back, or the food on her plate to a perfect stranger, and she would’ve done it with a smile on her face, because those “little kindnesses” meant the most to her.
She loved horses, golfing, cooking (She was known for her homemade spaghetti) spending time at the beach, and with her family.
Although our hearts are breaking now, we know that you are finally resting in peace. We will miss you everyday of our lives. We join together now to thank you for your never failing kindness and generosity, for always lending your hand when needed, and for showing us the meaning of true unwavering love. We will meet you on the other side, sweet, beautiful angel of ours.
Mrs. Baylor is entrusted to the care of Lewis Crematory and Funeral Services, Myrtle Beach, SC.
